Job Description:
We are hiring freshers for Telecaller / Customer Support roles with immediate openings. This role involves outbound customer support, requiring effective communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide appropriate assistance.
- Communicate effectively in Telugu (mother tongue) and English.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Job Details:
- Process: Customer Support (Outbound)
- Languages Required: Telugu (mandatory) + English
- Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Work Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduates from any discipline
- Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome)
