Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Healthcare Senior Human Resources Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including the development and implementation of HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Additional responsibilities include fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Proven experience in HR Management and implementation of HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and ability to administer and manage benefit plans
• Proficiency in Personnel Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Coimbatore
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
