Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and results-driven Sales Executive who can expand our network across Bengaluru. The role involves building strong relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, coaches, academies, and other sports & fitness institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet doctors, coaches, sports academies, and fitness professionals for collaboration and service partnerships.
- Promote YOS services and programs to generate leads and new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and outreach targets.
- Maintain clear records of client meetings, leads, and activity reports.
- Represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory with a valid driving license.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting daily outreach targets.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fresher's are also welcomed.
- 1 year of experience in sales, field marketing, or client relationship roles (healthcare or sports industry preferred).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business in Marketing/Sports Management.
- Knowledge or interest in sports, fitness, or physiotherapy services.
