Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified healthcare professionals for international placements
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to placement
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support documentation and compliance procedures for selected candidates
- Contribute to achieving team targets and maintaining high service standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred: HR, Healthcare, or Business)
- 13 years of experience in recruitment (preferably healthcare or international staffing)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with MS Office and recruitment tools
