Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter U.S. RN Staffing (India Team)
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) and allied healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate interviews, credentialing, and onboarding processes in collaboration with hiring managers and compliance teams.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports for internal tracking.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, staffing regulations, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, with a focus on RNs or clinical staff.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
