Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Healthcare Recruiter at Taldo. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified healthcare professionals, primarily nurses. They will work closely with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs, manage the recruitment process, and provide excellent customer service. The recruiter will also handle communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for both parties.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
• Strong Hiring skills and ability to assess candidate qualifications
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
