This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter located in Vadodara. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for healthcare staffing needs. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with candidates, effectively managing the hiring process, and providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates. Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate with team members to identify recruiting strategies and maintain a qualified talent pool.

• Proficiency in Healthcare Staffing and expertise in recruiting candidates for various healthcare roles
• Experience in strategizing and executing effective Hiring processes
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build trusted relationships with clients and candidates
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end Recruiting processes efficiently
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a healthcare or staffing firm is a strong advantage
