Job Description

Title - Healthcare Recruiter K3 Innovations

Location: Hyderabad

K3 Innovations is hiring an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support our U.S. hospital and clinical staffing requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for healthcare roles and a good understanding of U.S. tax terms and visa categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for U.S. hospitals and medical facilities.
  • Work on clinical roles such as:
  • X-ray Technicians, PIs/Sub PIs, Respiratory Therapists (RRT), CT Technicians, Ultrasound Technologists, Physical Therapists, Registered Nurses, Pharmacists, Case Managers, ER Technicians, Unit Leaders, Radiology/Mammography Technologists, Medical Social Workers, and similar roles.
  • Understand and work with U.S. tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Evaluate candidate eligibility based on visa types (H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submissions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job requisitions at once.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS tools, and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Recruitment (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with U.S. clinical job titles and hospital staffing.
  • Knowledge of U.S. tax terms and work visas.
  • Strong communication and sourcing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for clinical and allied healthcare roles in high-volume environments.
  • Previous experience in an RPO/Staffing/Agency model.
  • Knowledge of credentialing, background checks, and healthcare compliance requirements.
