Healthcare Recruiter (On-Site) Hyderabad, India

Location: Hyderabad (on-site, office-based)

Schedule: Full-time, India hours with U.S. overlap (evening/night shifts)

The mission

Help U.S. hospitals and post-acute facilities hire the right RN, LPN, and CNA clinicians fast. You'll own sourcing through submittal (and partner with credentialing) to keep time-to-fill low and quality high.

What you'll do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for RN/LPN/CNA roles (heavy focus on travel nursing), from targeted sourcing screening pay/availability alignment VMS/MSP submittals.
  • Submit flawlessly via MSP/VMS portals: meeting all SLAs and formatting standards.
  • Source beyond job postings: Boolean strings, resume databases, talent communities, referral loops, social/LinkedIn outreach, and AI-assisted research.
  • Qualify deeply: Skills, licenses (Nursys/State boards), location radius rules, RTO, shift preferences, and compliance readiness (BLS/ACLS, background, immunizations).
  • Package candidates to win: Craft submittal narratives, optimize resumes, and align profiles to client must-haves.
  • Partner with credentialing/compliance to accelerate starts; anticipate docs and reduce drop-offs.
  • Measure and improve: Track key ratios (responses, screens, submittal-to-interview, interview-to-offer) and iterate weekly.
  • Communicate like a pro: Clear, timely updates to candidates, teammates, and account managers; impeccable documentation in ATS.

Must-have experience (no exceptions)

  • Recent placement experience (last 24 months) with RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ideally travel nursing in the U.S.
  • Hands-on MSP/VMS submission experience (creating req matches, uploading docs, navigating SLAs, responding to rejections/clarifications).
  • Advanced sourcing: Boolean mastery, resume databases (Indeed/Monster/LinkedIn), social outreach, talent pooling, and use of AI tools for research/outreach.
  • Strong English communication (spoken & written) and comfort with U.S. time-zone collaboration.

Good to have

  • Ceipal HC/Engage (or similar ATS/CRM), ContactOut, LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with U.S. compliance: Nursys, state boards, OIG/SAM checks, background/drug screens, vaccination matrices.
  • Experience building Boolean libraries, email/SMS sequences, and A/B testing subject lines or hooks.
  • Exposure to pay-package math (taxable vs. stipends, blended rates, GSA stipends), radius rules, and local vs. travel policies.

What success looks like

30 Days

  • Master our ATS, sourcing stack, and VMS workflows.
  • Produce 23 quality submittals/week with <24-hr time-to-submittal on hot reqs.

60 Days

  • Maintain daily pipeline discipline (sourcing blocks, outreach, follow-ups).
  • Hit 57 submittals/week, interview rate 30%, candidate NPS 8/10.

90 Days

  • Own a specialty lane (e.g., Med-Surg/Tele or LTC) with consistent offer flow.
  • Mentor a junior recruiter on sourcing tactics and VMS hygiene.
