Healthcare Recruiter (Remote) – Healthcare Staffing US Staffing
Key Responsibilities
• Source and recruit healthcare professionals including RNs, Allied Health, and Technologists
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ATS records
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Meet recruitment and placement targets
Qualifications
• 3+ year experience in healthcare recruiting or healthcare staffing
• Experience recruiting nurses or allied healthcare professionals
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and job boards
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Preferred
• Experience recruiting for travel nurses or contract healthcare roles
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment management systems
• Understanding the terminologies used in Healthcare Staffing.
