TIUM Staffing is looking for an experienced and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in healthcare staffing and recruitment, with the ability to source, screen, and place qualified healthcare professionals efficiently.
This is an in-office position, and candidates must be available to work from office.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit healthcare professionals including nurses, therapists, technicians, and allied healthcare staff
- Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews
- Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, and compliance processes
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
- Build strong relationships with candidates and healthcare clients
- Meet hiring targets and turnaround timelines
- Post jobs on recruitment platforms and social media channels
- Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or healthcare staffing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with job portals and recruiting tools
- Must be available to work from office/in person
Education
- No specific educational qualification required
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with US healthcare staffing is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
