Job Position- Healthcare Recruiter

Experience- min 3Year - 8Yrs.

Location- Bangalore ( WFO )

Shift- Night

Mandatory Skills:

Must have strong 3+ year of end-to-end US Healthcare recruitment / Healthcare Recruitment

experience is required.

Must have experience of recruiting roles e.g.

Registered Nurse, CNA, Patient Care Tech, Surgical Tech, HR Jobs, Coder, Lab Tech Specialist, Radiology Technologist, Diagnostic Imaging tech, Clinical Lab Scientist, Pathologist, HIM Specialist.

Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)

Excellent English verbal / written communication .

Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (Monster, Naukri LinkedIn,etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities

Work alongside our Client Account Manager to understand new requirements

Proactively develop Job Specs for various roles and post out to various job boards

Actively target suitable candidates on various Positions
