Role: Healthcare Operations Expert NPPD Care
You will lead
end-to-end hospital operations execution, ensuring that each engaged hospital achieves measurable improvement within the first 90 days.
Key Responsibilities- Hospital Workflow Optimization
- Improve IPD, OPD, ER, pharmacy, diagnostics and support service workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks, redesign processes, enforce SOPs.
- Revenue Systems & Compliance
- Audit revenue leakage points, billing processes, case sheets, insurance desk and TPA flow.
- Improve documentation, compliance, charge capture and discipline.
- Team & Department Coordination
- Work closely with doctors, nursing, admin, billing, and management.
- Drive performance metrics and accountability.
- Execution-First Project Delivery
- Create weekly progress frameworks.
- Implement 90-day improvement cycles with clear KPIs.
- Support external revenue programs (corporates, community, specialist clinics etc.).
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in hospital operations, administration, or quality (NABH exposure is a bonus).
- Strong command over patient flow, billing systems, compliance and on-ground coordination.
- Execution-driven mindset not just planning, but delivering results.
- Comfortable working in a project-based equity model.
