Job Description
Required (Mandatory)
- 6-12 years of relevant experience in healthcare data analysis. Extensive experience with healthcare data standards and regulations. Familiarity with EHR systems and their data structure.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (E.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
- Extensive Experience in Data Ware Housing/ ETL Business Analysis, Experience with data integration and ETL tools (E.g. Mirth Connect, Talend).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms.
- Proficient in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle e.g. gathering requirements, modelling use cases, analysing data, developing technical specifications, resolving issues, user acceptance testing, tracking schedules & tasks and documenting processes for training manuals.
- Experience in driving meetings with client business leads & cross functional stakeholders.
- Conversant with more visual, more design-thinking based, and more agile lightweight approaches such as customer personas, customer journeys, story maps, etc.
- Excellent soft skills - written and verbal communication
- Global exposure to a multi-cultural organization structure
Education Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate B. Tech or equivalent. MBA preferable.
- Any relevant certification will be an added advantage AHIP, AHM, PHM, CHDA
