Role Description

The Senior Associate – Healthcare Consulting is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore. We are looking for a high-calibre Senior Associate to work on performance improvement and growth mandates with hospitals and diagnostic chains. You will lead workstreams across operations, unit economics, patient journey, and financial modelling, and work closely with promoters, CXOs, and clinical leadership.

 Experience

• Ideal experience is 2–5 years in healthcare consulting/hospital or diagnostics operations / health-tech with strong analytical skills.     
• Strong Communication skills for client interactions and collaborative projects
• Experience in healthcare operations or consulting is an advantage

Preferred qualification: 

• MHA or MBA in Healthcare Management from tier-1 or reputed institutes.
• Solid understanding of Hospital operations, Revenue cycle optimisation, and Medical Technology
