About The Role – Healthcare Community Manager

Location: Pune, India

Key ResponsibilitiesDetailsKOL Identification, Onboarding & Relationship ManagementIdentify, map, onboard and serve as the primary relationship manager for high-impact KOLs across specialties and regions, maintaining long-term engagement.Engagement Program, Design & Community BuildingDesign structured engagement journeys, calendars, forums and discussion programs while building specialty-wise doctor communities.KOL Interviews, Panels & Thought LeadershipPlan, coordinate and conduct KOL interviews, roundtables and expert panels to drive medical thought leadership, including camera-facing interviews, hosting, and on-screen expert interactions for recorded and live sessions.Engagement Analytics & InsightsTrack participation, activity levels and engagement dashboards, and capture real-world clinical insights.Internal Collaboration & Innovation EnablementShare insights with Product, Marketing and Content teams to drive platform innovation and growth strategies.External Events & KOL ProgramsManage KOL participation in webinars, conferences and medical workshops, coordinate KOL programs end-to-end, and travel as required to meet KOLs and attend industry events.Brand Representation & Platform GrowthAct as community brand ambassador while driving platform adoption, referrals and ambassador programs.Brand RepresentationAct as community brand ambassador to medical experts.

Professional Attributes & Expectations

We're Looking For a Proactive, Relationship-driven Professional With a Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Systems And An Aptitude For Strategic Communication. The Ideal Candidate Should

  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide clinical and business insights to enhance project outcomes.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment that values initiative and ownership.
  • Show strong analytical, organizational, and presentation abilities.
  • Be adaptable, tech-savvy, and driven to improve healthcare engagement processes.

Qualifications

  • BDS, MBBS, or Life Sciences graduate with an MBA (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, KOL/client management, or project management roles.
  • Strong communicator with both medical and business fluency.
  • Passionate about the evolving role of doctors and technology in modern medicine.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with healthcare professionals across diverse backgrounds.
