Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Specialist based in Virudhunagar. The Health Specialist will be responsible for delivering occupational health services, promoting health and wellness initiatives, and providing education and guidance on health-related matters. The role involves effectively communicating with individuals and teams, offering exceptional customer service, and collaborating on health strategies that enhance overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with individuals and teams
• Expertise in Occupational Health and Medicine, coupled with a strong understanding of related practices and protocols
• Experience in Health Promotion and wellness program development to encourage better health outcomes
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Relevant certifications or degrees in health sciences, occupational health, or related fields
• Understanding of current health regulations and standards
• Empathy, diligence, and a problem-solving mindset when addressing health-related concerns
