Design HSE Engineer (Process Safety)

Design HSE Engineer with professional knowledge in

Quantitative/Qualitative Risk Assessment

Responsibilities

- Client/PMC relationship development by effective demonstration of

technical capability in onshore business

Provide competitive technical proposal documents

To be the Design HSE lead engineer for successful execution

and completion of offshore projects

(Design HSE Activities: HAZOP, SIL, HAZID/ENVID, QRA,

Dispersion Modeling, RAM Study, EERA, F&G Mapping and

Hazardous Area Classification, etc.)

- Provide technical consulting in Process Safety, assurance for

Design and Engineering Life Cycle

Propose Inherently Safer Plant Design

Devise new approaches to technical safety problems based on

Quantitative Risk Assessment

Technical expertise and mentoring to team members

- Provide technical guidance/support for new business/market

development

Identify potential technical risk for new business/market

Perform safety consulting activities to support decision-making

process

Education: Bachelors in Engineering or the equivalent Technical degree

required

Experience : More than seven (7) years of EPC experience or Loss Prevention

consultancy with focus in onshore design

Skills: Expertise knowledge and ability to provide support in onshore

Design HSE

Professional knowledge in Quantitative/Qualitative Risk Assessment
