What would you do Embedding digital transformation in healthcare operations end-to-end, driving superior outcomes and value realization today, and enabling streamlined operations to serve the emerging health care market of tomorrow In a Membership job profile, responsibilities include managing and supporting the membership base of an organization. This involves tasks like processing applications, renewals, and cancellations, as well as maintaining accurate member records. The goal is to enhance member satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service and engagement activities. The role may also involve organizing events, communicating benefits, and addressing member inquiries. Effective membership management is crucial for the growth and sustainability of the organization. Coordinate the essential documentation and resources required for the filing of global applications. Understand, manage & process electronic submissions that include original application filings, Life Cycle Management submissions such as CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, etc.

What are we looking for Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in Provider / Member / Claims / Credentialing or overall Healthcare domain. Educational qualification: Any degree except PG or B.Tech. Good communication skills (clear and effective verbal and written communication). Strong analytical skills. Good comprehension skills. Candidate must be based in Chennai and within the transport boundary. Willingness to work night shifts. Ready to work from office on a daily basis. Perform analysis and resolve low-complexity issues. Day-to-day interactions will be primarily with peers within Accenture, before escalating updates to supervisors. Limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture leadership. Receive moderate-level instructions for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments. Decisions made will impact own work and may occasionally impact the work of others. Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a clearly defined scope of responsibility. This role may require working in rotational shifts.

  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
  • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
  • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
