Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Health Insurance Sales Agent based in Kolkata, with opportunities for partial work from home. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their health insurance needs and providing personalized solutions. Daily responsibilities include educating customers about insurance products, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining relationships with clients, processing policy sales, and meeting sales targets. The role requires a proactive approach and excellent customer service to build trust and long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Experience in Customer Service, with a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes, with the ability to explain complex policies to customers clearly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
- Relevant certifications or training in insurance or sales is a plus.
