Responsible for relationship management with bank staff and customers.
Will be working on the payrolls of the Insurance company.
Make appointments, explore customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas, select appropriate products from the company's range, gain customer agreement to purchase, and accurately complete all sales documentation.
Candidates with experience in Life/Health/General Insurance are preferred.

Bank's database
Branch footfalls
Self-generated prospects
Responsible for sales completion by coordinating medical reports and ensuring prompt issuance of policy documents.
Explore opportunities to develop new markets or segments as per company sales strategy.
Support other Relationship Managers and the bank's sales team by:
Coaching them on company knowledge, products, and services
Sharing effective selling skills
Accompanying on client visits
Modeling appropriate sales behavior
Required Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
Open to candidates from insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, and other sales-driven verticals.
