Job Description

A leading Health Insurance company is hiring for the Agency Channel to drive business by recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard a team of Financial Advisors (FAs).
  • Provide regular training, motivation, and guidance to ensure timely and effective sales.
  • Conduct ongoing product training sessions to enhance knowledge and selling capabilities.
  • Monitor performance and mentor advisors to help them achieve their individual sales targets.
  • Drive business generation through the recruited team of Financial Advisors.
  • Support advisors with sales tools, product materials, and field assistance when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 13 years in agency sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong experience in recruitment and management of sales teams (especially agents/advisors).
  • Candidates from insurance, banking, or BFSI sectors preferred.
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Should have a stable career history and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
