Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)

We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for healthcare applications. Your clinical data expertise will directly shape how AI understands, interprets, and reasons about health information — making a real impact on the future of healthcare technology.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to clinical workflows, health information systems, and medical data pipelines for accuracy and quality
  • Assess the performance of health information systems and provide structured, expert feedback
  • Prepare clear recommendations and evaluations that help AI systems better understand clinical and operational healthcare contexts
  • Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of healthcare and AI professionals
  • Work independently on task-based assignments on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
  • Strong analytical skills including data visualization, reporting, and trend analysis
  • Ability to communicate complex healthcare data concepts clearly in writing
  • Comfortable evaluating information quality and providing structured, detailed feedback
  • Self-motivated and reliable with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
  • Familiarity with health information standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding
  • Background in clinical informatics, public health, or health IT consulting
  • Prior exposure to AI or machine learning projects in healthcare settings
