What You'll Do
- Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to clinical workflows, health information systems, and medical data pipelines for accuracy and quality
- Assess the performance of health information systems and provide structured, expert feedback
- Prepare clear recommendations and evaluations that help AI systems better understand clinical and operational healthcare contexts
- Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of healthcare and AI professionals
- Work independently on task-based assignments on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
- Strong analytical skills including data visualization, reporting, and trend analysis
- Ability to communicate complex healthcare data concepts clearly in writing
- Comfortable evaluating information quality and providing structured, detailed feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable with strong attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with health information standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding
- Background in clinical informatics, public health, or health IT consulting
- Prior exposure to AI or machine learning projects in healthcare settings
