About the Role

Pfizer is looking for a highperforming Health Care Executive (HCE) to drive Neuro/CNS product performance across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate must have strong scientific acumen, territory management skills, and proven success in Neuro/CNS sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Management

• Achieve assigned sales targets for the Neuro/CNS portfolio
• Implement strategic business plans to maximize market presence
• Ensure strong coverage across all assigned areas
• Build and nurture longterm relationships with HCPs

Scientific & Medical Engagement

• Deliver accurate and impactful product communication
• Conduct scientific discussions backed by clinical evidence
• Support HCPs with updated Neuro/CNS data
• Adhere to Pfizer's compliance and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
• 3–10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Mandatory experience in Neuro/CNS therapy
• Excellent communication and scientific aptitude
• Strong stakeholder management and territory coverage skills
