Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for the Headmistress of the Primary Wing at Sarvottam International School. The Headmistress will oversee curriculum development, ensure high teaching standards, manage educational operations, and contribute to the overall growth and vision of the school. Daily responsibilities include mentoring and supervising teachers, monitoring academic performance, implementing effective pedagogical practices, and fostering a nurturing learning environment for students. The role requires collaboration with staff and parents to promote excellence in education and uphold the school's values.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Pedagogy methodologies
• Proven experience in Educational Leadership and Education management
• Exceptional Communication skills for interacting with staff, students, and parents
• A background in primary education with an understanding of modern teaching practices

• Master's degree in Education or related field preferred; professional certifications in educational administration are a plus
