Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Headmistress at Royal Public School. The Headmistress will oversee the daily academic and administrative operations of the HIGH school comprising classes 8-10, ensuring adherence to quality standards in education. Responsibilities include curriculum design and evaluation, teacher mentorship, effective communication with staff and parents, and fostering a positive learning environment. The role also involves promoting the professional growth of school staff while maintaining overall compliance with educational guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Curriculum Development, Pedagogy, and Education
• Strong Educational Leadership experience and team management skills
• Master's degree in Science / Math is mandatory
• Prior experience in teaching is appreciated
• Expected Compensation 35k-45k per month based on candidate suitability.
