Head -Workplace Experiences, Employee Services & MICE
The Head - Workplace Experiences, Employee Services & MICE will lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous transformation of workplace environments and employee-facing services across the organization. The role is responsible for creating modern, efficient, safe, and employeecentric workplaces while driving operational excellence, cost optimization, sustainability, and superior stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Workplace Experiences
- Build and deliver a contemporary workplace experience across all corporate sites.
- Drive space planning, seating allocation, optimization of layouts, and hybrid-ready workplace design
- Oversee end-to-end facilities operationsacross corporate offices and large administrative facilities.
- Implement sustainability initiatives focused on energy efficiency, waste management, water conservation, and ESG compliance.
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, capex projects, workspace redesigns, and office refurbishments.
- Ensure adherence to statutory norms, workplace safety standards, and audit/compliance requirements.
- Drive workplace modernization and ongoing maintenance and renovation programs.
- Provide MIS, dashboards, data analytics, and leadership reporting for informed decision-making.
Employee Services (Travel, Hospitality & Events)
- Lead corporate travel services including relationships with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and transport partners.
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events such as townhalls, leadership meets, employee engagements, offsites, and conferences.
- MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions)
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 16-19 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Administration, Workplace Experience, Travel & Hospitality, preferably in BFSI or large multi-location environments.
- Proven experience managing large corporate office environments and complex operational setups.
- Strong understanding of leases, real estate negotiations, facilities engineering, travel services, event management, and vendor ecosystems.
- Experience in leading large teams and managing high-value commercial contracts.
