Head Wet Utilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished professional to lead the Planning & Design

of Wet Utilities (Water, Sewage, Stormwater) and Infra MEP Systems (Mechanical, Electrical,

Plumbing). This strategic leadership role involves overseeing the end-to-end design, planning, and

optimization of complex wet infrastructure and MEP systems across urban development projects.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a proven track record of large-scale project

delivery, and strong leadership capabilities to mentor and guide the team. The role demands

thorough knowledge of local regulations, sustainable design practices, and smart city integration.

Act as the technical authority and SME for all wet infrastructure and Infra design

decisions. Develop and implement strategic design plans aligned with company objectives and

project requirements.

2. Lead the conceptualization, detailed design, and engineering of all wet systems for

various land parcels ensuring compliance with relevant Indian and international standards,

and in close coordination with local Authorities like MCGM.

3. Oversee and review all wet design drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical

reports for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design standards.

4. Drive the adoption of new technologies, sustainable design practices, and energy-efficient

solutions in wet infrastructure and MEP systems.

5. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering for wet systems to

ensure designs optimize performance, reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

6. Collaborate closely with Master planner and other engineering disciplines, PMC team to

ensure integrated and coordinated designs, manage project timelines, budgets, and

resources for wet design activities.

7. Represent the company in discussions with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory

authorities

8. Ensure all wet designs comply with local statutory regulations, codes, and permitting

requirements in Mumbai and Maharashtra.

9. Lead integration of Smart City and SCADA systems within wet utilities and MEP networks.

Oversee deployment of SCADA for real-time monitoring, fault diagnostics, and energy

efficiency. Oversee HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems

design and integration within city infrastructure

10 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical compliance and seamless

interoperability of wet systems.
