As GoKwik scales globally, building a strong capital structure and maintaining strategic relationships with lenders becomes critical. This role will shape GoKwik's treasury strategy, secure efficient debt financing, and ensure strong liquidity management. The leader will work closely with founders, investors, and financial institutions to structure financing solutions that support growth, expansion, and long-term financial stability.
What You'll Own
Capital Strategy & Debt Fundraising
- Lead debt fundraising initiatives across banks, NBFCs, and venture debt providers
- Structure working capital facilities, term loans, and structured financing instruments
- Build and manage strategic relationships with domestic and international financial institutions
- Evaluate financing opportunities to optimize cost of capital and liquidity
Treasury & Liquidity Management
- Own treasury operations including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and capital deployment
- Manage working capital cycles and optimize capital utilization
- Develop treasury policies and governance frameworks
Strategic Finance & Corporate Transactions
- Partner with leadership on capital planning, financing strategy, and strategic initiatives
- Support fundraising processes including debt structuring, investor discussions, and financial strategy
- Provide inputs on M&A transactions, capital restructuring, and strategic investments
Banking & Institutional Relationships
- Build long-term partnerships with banks, NBFCs, venture debt funds, and financial institutions
- Lead negotiations for financing structures, credit facilities, and treasury solutions
- Drive collaboration with lenders on innovative financing structures
Governance, Compliance & Reporting
- Oversee lender reporting, covenant management, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure financial documentation, reporting accuracy, and treasury controls
- Work with auditors, advisors, and financial institutions on financing transactions
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with FP&A, accounting, legal, and leadership teams on financial strategy
- Guide internal teams on treasury processes, funding structures, and risk management
- Act as a strategic finance partner to the founders and executive team
Who You Are
- 1216 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or structured finance
- Strong experience in debt fundraising through banks, NBFCs, and structured lending institutions
- Proven experience structuring working capital lines, project finance, and complex financing facilities
- Deep network across banks, financial institutions, and debt providers
- Strong understanding of treasury management, trade finance, FX management, and capital markets
- Experience working with high-growth startups, technology companies, or large corporates
- Ability to work closely with leadership on strategic finance and capital decisions
