Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced training programs tailored to the needs of the Skills and Education business unit, ensuring alignment with Adani Group's strategic goals.
  • Lead faculty development initiatives, including upskilling and reskilling programs, to enhance teaching methodologies and technical expertise.
  • Develop and oversee curriculum frameworks that integrate technical, managerial, and educational sciences, ensuring relevance to industry demands.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions that address these needs.
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to deliver innovative and scalable training solutions, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data-driven metrics and feedback mechanisms, implementing continuous improvements.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of trainers and educators, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Establish partnerships with academic institutions, industry experts, and technology providers to enhance the quality and reach of training programs.
  • Align training initiatives with the operational and strategic priorities of the Adani Group, including emerging sectors such as green energy, data centers, and infrastructure development.
  • Ensure the integration of best practices in educational sciences and management to drive impactful learning outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record of at least 15 years in training, faculty development, or educational program management.
  • Expertise in technical training, educational sciences, and management, with a focus on large-scale program delivery.
  • Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including academic institutions and industry partners, to design and implement impactful training solutions.

Educational Background

  • Master's degree in Education, Management, or a related field is required.
  • Doctorate or advanced certifications in Educational Sciences or Training Management is preferred.

Years & Type Of Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in leading training and development initiatives within large organizations or educational institutions.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering innovative training programs aligned with organizational goals.
