The company is a A Class Electrical Contractual Compan , undertaking Government large Electrical projects as well as Pvt. Electrical Projects.

Job Description & Roles & Responsibilities Job Title: Tender Head Department: Tender & Estimation (T&E) Reporting To: Director

1. Job Objective / Purpose

To lead and manage the entire Tendering & Estimation process for electrical projects including HT, LT, ELV, BMS, and related systems. Ensure accurate, competitive, and timely submission of tenders while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

2. Key Responsibilities :

Act as the overall in-charge for Tender & Estimation (T&E) activities Review all incoming tenders, RFQs, and project inquiries Assign and manage work within the T&E team Authorize final estimates and sign-off on all tender submissions Coordinate with management and the execution team to evaluate project feasibility Maintain and update vendor databases, approved makes, and price lists Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for pre/post-tender clarificaions.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 10+ years of experience in tendering within the MEP/electrical contracting field Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, BMS, Fire Alarm, and ELV works Excellent analytical and numerical skills Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and estimation software Strong communication and client coordination.

4). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs

Tender Win Ratio (awarded vs. submitted) Accuracy of estimation vs. actual project costs Timely submission of tenders Vendor quote accuracy and price competitiveness Team productivity and efficiency Client satisfaction during bidding phase.

5. Tools & Systems Used:

MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook Tender Management Portals (GeM, CPWD, etc.) ERP/CRM systems (if applicable) AutoCAD (for reading and reviewing drawings) Estimation Software (Candy, CCS, etc. if used).

Ensure all tender documents and pricing are kept confidential Adhere to internal documentation and approval workflows Protect commercially sensitive data and trade rates.
