Job Description

Lead the design and planning of commercial kitchen layouts for various facilities.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion of kitchen design projects.
Provide technical expertise on kitchen equipment selection and placement.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of kitchen-related materials and equipment.
Conduct site visits to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with project specifications.
Continuously improve design processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of F&B Design should have:

A degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
Proven expertise in kitchen design and facilities management.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations for commercial kitchens.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in design
