Job Description

  • Lead the design and planning of commercial kitchen layouts for various facilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion of kitchen design projects.
  • Provide technical expertise on kitchen equipment selection and placement.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of kitchen-related materials and equipment.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with project specifications.
  • Continuously improve design processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of F&B Design should have:

  • A degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in kitchen design and facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations for commercial kitchens.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in design
