Job Description

Develop and execute FMCG-focused TA strategies
Lead and mentor a skilled recruitment team
Collaborate with leadership to align talent needs with growth objectives
Oversee end-to-end sourcing and selection, from initiating vacancies to on-boarding
Design and implement recruiting strategies for assigned divisions and levels
Objective is to reduce dependence on vendors
Responsible for contributing in building the Employee Value Proposition for the organization

The Successful Applicant

A track record of 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
Having an MBA degree from a tier I B-school (XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, IIM) is preferable
A proven ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters, achieving outcomes through effective leadership and mentorship.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, enabling relationship-building across all tiers of the organization.
A proactive, solution-driven mindset focused on delivering a superlative candidate experience.
