Work Model: On-site / Field & Client Facing

Annual Compensation: INR 1500000 - 2000000

Role Purpose

Client is seeking a senior, entrepreneurial Head Sales & Marketing to build, lead, and scale a high performing B2B sales and marketing function. This role requires a cofounder mindset and will be critical in positioning the firm as a panIndia leader in EPR, circularity, ESG, and sustainability consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales, business development, and marketing strategy aligned with long-term growth goals.
  • Build and lead a structured B2B consulting sales engine with consistent month-on-month revenue delivery.
  • Establish scalable sales processes including pipeline management, forecasting, and closure governance.
  • Lead strategic client acquisition and expansion across FMCG, automotive, electronics, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Translate regulatory complexity into clear client value propositions.
  • Hire, coach, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Own brand building, thought leadership, events, partnerships, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with delivery and regulatory teams to shape custodianship and compliance offerings.

  • Predictable revenue growth and strong conversion of sales pipeline.
  • Enhanced panIndia brand visibility and credibility.
  • Disciplined sales execution and reporting.
  • High team performance and retention.



Experience & Background

  • 1015+ years of experience in B2B sales or consulting business development.
  • Proven experience building and scaling sales teams.
  • Exposure to sustainability, ESG, environmental consulting, or regulatory advisory preferred.
  • Experience engaging with CXO level stakeholders.
