Job Description

Lead end‑to‑end supply chain for a fast‑growing FMCG business
Build and scale co‑pack and distribution operations across South India

Job Description

Lead regional supply chain operations including co‑pack manufacturing, warehousing, CFAs, and dispatch management.
Manage multiple existing plants in the South with potential for future expansion.
Oversee co‑pack partner performance, quality compliance, SOP adherence, and operational KPIs.
Ensure timely supply planning in coordination with sales and central planning teams.
Optimize CFA operations, including appointment, cost management, statutory compliance, and inventory controls.
Manage primary/secondary logistics, warehousing costs, and adherence to AOP budgets.
Drive continuous improvement, process efficiency, and operational governance across the network.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Supply Chain Lead - South should have:

12-15 years of experience in supply chain & manufacturing operations, preferably in FMCG or food processing.
Strong exposure to co‑pack or contract manufacturing setups.
Hands-on experience in warehousing, logistics, dispatch planning, and plant operations.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and work closely with sales to meet market demand.
Strong problem-solving skills, process orientation, and data-driven decision-making.
