Job Description

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize procurement and logistics processes.
Manage supplier relationships, focusing on quality, cost, and timely delivery.
Ensure effective inventory management to meet production demands without overstocking.
Lead and mentor the procurement and supply chain team to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all supply chain activities.
Implement advanced technologies and tools to enhance supply chain operations in the Metal Industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head SCM should have:

A degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain management of steel.
Strong leadership skills to manage and guide a diverse team effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of machining and stamping processes is preferred.
Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
