Role : Head - Social Media
Experience : 8 - 12 Years
Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
-Content Ideation, Creation & Curation: Develop, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms, ensuring that it aligns with the company's brand, voice, and message.
-Platform Management: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media. Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and engagement.
-Strategy Development: Collaborate with Editors to create a comprehensive social media strategy that integrates seamlessly with other editorial efforts.
-Analytics: Measure and analyse the performance of all social media platforms. Produce regular reports detailing the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend changes to optimize strategy.
-Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster a positive community and add value to users experiences.
-Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the marketing and content teams to integrate social media with all other efforts.
-Crisis Management: Monitor online conversations for potential crises and handle situations appropriately and promptly.
-Training: Stay updated with evolving platform capabilities and introduce new features or best practices to the team. Provide training and guidance to other staff about social media best practices.
-Editorial Calendar: Plan and maintain a comprehensive social media editorial calendar.

-Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
-Familiarity with basic SEO and keyword research best practices.
-Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
-Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
-Basic graphic design skills and proficiency with design software (e.g., Canva).
-Video editing capabilities.
