We're hiring a Social Media Head (Gurgaon)

We're looking for a Social Media Head to lead the full social ecosystem for high-growth, digital-first brands.

What this role is about

This is content + culture + growth leadership inside Pravis.

You'll own how the brand shows up on Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn shaping content, creators, culture, community and analytics end to end.

You should be able to:

Build platform-native social strategies & content pillars

Create insight-led content engines that drive shares, saves, engagement & follower growth

Lead reels, shorts, stories, static & creator collaborations

Use AI + analytics to optimise scripts, hooks, formats & performance

Think across brand content culture growth

Collaborate closely with creative, studio, influencer & performance teams
