Job DescriptionThe Successful Applicant
- Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Shared Services function within the GCC.
- Partner with global stakeholders to identify opportunities for process centralization, standardization, and optimization.
- Establish governance, performance metrics, and compliance frameworks aligned with global policies.
- Service Delivery & Operations
- Build, lead, and scale teams across Finance, HR, Operations, Risk & Compliance, Technology Support, and other critical BFSI processes.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality services within defined SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
- Transition & Change Management
- Lead the migration of global processes to the India GCC, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage vendor transitions, knowledge transfers, and process stabilization.
- Champion change management and foster a strong service-oriented culture.
- Risk, Compliance & Controls
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, data security, and compliance standards applicable to BFSI shared services.
- Establish robust internal controls, audit readiness, and risk management practices.
- People & Culture
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent to build a world-class shared services organization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Experience senior leadership roles in Shared Services / GCC / GIC setups.
- Proven track record of setting up or scaling Shared Services / GCCs in BFSI or other regulated industries.
- Deep understanding of BFSI processes (Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, HR, Technology support).
- Strong expertise in process migration, automation, digital transformation, and global stakeholder management.
