Job Description

Define and lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy to ensure timely and cost-effective availability of products across all retail and distribution points
Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and management to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Monitor and analyse supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards across all supply chain activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
Manage and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions or delays.
Leverage technology and tools to streamline supply chain processes and enhance transparency.
Lead and mentor the supply chain team to foster a high-performing work environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of SCM should have:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics or related discipline. MBA preferred.
12-15 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management, preferably within luxury retail or jewellery. Minimum 4-5 years in a leadership role.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate supply chain metrics and develop actionable strategies.
Exposure of working on inventory analytics tools.
Knowledge of compliance standards and risk management in supply chain operations.
