Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, train, and motivate the sales team across territories.
  • Lead new and existing business development for company products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients; recommend solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers on Wide Web films/holographic films.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, guidance, and researching new opportunities.
  • Identify product improvements or new products based on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Serve as a primary contact between the company and existing/potential markets.
  • Negotiate agreements and close sales.
  • Gather market and customer information to inform strategies.
  • Understand customers businesses and requirements thoroughly.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in Wide Web films/holographic films (PET/BOPP) and their applications.
  • New business development and sales strategy.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Market research and analysis.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
