Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the luxury sales team, setting clear sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Oversee the marketing and promotion of luxury real estate properties
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify opportunities
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling sales materials
  • Participate in negotiations and deal closures with key clients
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their performance

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)

Certification Required

  • Real Estate License
  • Certification in Luxury Home Sales (preferred)
