Head Sabre Coach

A leading high-performance sports academy in Ahmedabad, India is seeking a Head Coach Sabre (Fencing) to lead and develop its elite fencing programme.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a sport of increasing national interest in a country that is investing heavily in high-performance sport and athlete development. The successful candidate will play a central role in building a competitive sabre programme capable of achieving consistent success at major international competitions while developing the next generation of Indian fencers.

The role includes designing and delivering high-performance training programmes, leading and mentoring coaching staff, identifying and developing talent, and working closely with sports science and performance teams.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience coaching international-level fencers

Sabre specialisation

Experience in high-performance environments

Proven leadership and athlete development experience

National team experience preferred
