- Ensuring First time right output across processes.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes. Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes. Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
- Regular and timely successful completion of IMS certification (ISO9001, OHSAS , ISO17025) etc), Ensuring excellent output in coordination with third parties involved in on site inspection, Government certified labs and agencies.
- Certification and effective functioning of Flow Calibration Lab. Have lowest CMC achieved from NABL meeting benchmark standards
- Responsible and accountable for continuous improvement and efficiencies across the Company's products, systems, operations and processes. Likely to lead a team of people and have budgetary/cost reporting responsibility.
- Ensure performance meeting applicable ASME/ ISO standards.Must demonstrate a deep passion for research and analysis and possess outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
