Job Description
- Develop and implement QMS and ISO processes across the organization.
- Conduct internal audits and manage external regulatory inspections.
- Supervise and train QA/QC teams to enhance performance.
- Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and monitor process efficiency.
- Identify risks and implement preventive measures for quality improvement.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain documentation for audits and update ERP systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Education: Bachelor's in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in QA/QC roles.
- Skills: ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, leadership, analytics, communication, proficiency in QA software and MS Office.
