- Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical) with strong exposure to the Aerospace domain (10-15 Yrs.)
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end project lifecycle (planning to execution)
- Strong expertise in cross-functional coordination & stakeholder management & Machining Knowledge (Machine Shop)
- Proficient in project management tools
- Sound knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and risk assessment
- Excellent leadership, decision-making & communication skills
- Ability to drive timelines, deliverables & team performance
