Job Purpose
Lead and drive Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations initiatives aligned with business goals to build a high-performance culture and deliver seamless HR services.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive OD initiatives including change management, leadership development, succession planning, and culture transformation
- Lead employee engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, internal communication, and DEI initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including HRIS, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes
- Partner with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and agility
- Use HR analytics and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Key Skills
- Strong strategic and execution capabilities
- Expertise in OD, employee engagement, and HR operations
- Data-driven mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and large HR projects
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in mid to large-sized organizations
