Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of procurement and supply chain functions.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
  • Monitor and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Analyze operational performance and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor teams to enhance productivity and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain and logistics processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Operations should have:

  • Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain operations in the transport and distribution industry.
