Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives within the property and real estate sector.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and meet client expectations.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP/VP Sales should have:

  • Must be from IPC office leasing space.
  • Educational qualifications in business, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven 10+ years expertise in the property and real estate industry, with a strong track record in sales leadership.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve sales targets.
