Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Collaborate with the founder to shape supply, operations, and assortment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive long-term scalability, cost-efficiency, and customer experience through supply and operations excellence.
Supply & Operations (D2C)
- Lead end-to-end supply planning, sourcing, vendor development, and operations for B2C sales.
- Drive assortment completeness, optimise COGS, manage sell-through, and ensure seamless supply across all sales channels.
Global B2B Supply Chain
- Build and scale global supply and logistics infrastructure to support international B2B growth.
- Manage sourcing, compliance, production timelines, and distribution for global partners and retailers.
New Category Expansion
- Identify new categories aligned with our brand DNA and set up sourcing, supply chain, and operational processes from scratch.
- Build scalable supply partnerships and vendor ecosystems for new verticals.
Operational Excellence
- Define and optimize SOPs for inventory, warehousing, fulfilment, and logistics (last-mile and reverse).
- Implement tools and tech to drive visibility, automation, and efficiency across the supply chain.
Financial Management
- Own supply-side budgeting, costing, and margin optimization.
- Track KPIs such as inventory turnover, order fulfilment rates, and supply chain cost ratios.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing team across sourcing, SCM, logistics, and operations.
- Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers, logistics partners, and category vendors.
- Ensure quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks are consistently met.
Innovation & Process Improvement
- Constantly identify process bottlenecks and lead improvement initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, sustainable sourcing methods, and operational innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Graduated from NIFT (mandatory).
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in fashion e-commerce and/or buying houses.
- Deep knowledge of sourcing, supply chain, assortment planning, and operations in the fashion space.
- Proven experience in startup or high-growth environments.
- Hands-on leadership style with strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong command over vendor management, cost optimisation, and fulfilment processes.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven culture.
